Description

A refreshing and no-bake Strawberry Lasagna dessert featuring a crunchy graham cracker crust layered with creamy sweetened cream cheese and fluffy whipped topping, finished with fresh sliced strawberries. Perfect for warm days or anytime you want a light, fruity treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 1 package Graham Crackers, crushed into fine crumbs (About 1012 sheets)
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted

Filling

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping, thawed (can substitute with homemade whipped cream)

Topping

  • 3 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Mix well until all crumbs are evenly coated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to create an even layer. Allow it to set.
  2. Make the cream cheese filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated and light.
  3. Assemble the layers: Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the prepared graham cracker crust evenly. Layer half of the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberries. Finish by layering the remaining sliced strawberries on top.
  4. Garnish and chill: Optionally, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top layer of strawberries. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and for the dessert to set properly.
  5. Serve: Once chilled and set, cut into squares and serve cold for a delicious, fruity treat.

Notes

  • You can substitute the whipped topping with homemade whipped cream for a fresher taste.
  • For best results, refrigerate overnight to allow the layers to fully set.
  • The graham cracker crust does not require baking, making this a quick and easy no-bake dessert.
  • Fresh strawberries can be substituted with other fresh berries or fruits if desired.
  • Handle the whipped cream folding gently to maintain the airy texture.
