Chicken Mixture
- 28 oz Chicken Breast, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 4 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Olive Oil
Potatoes
- 28 oz Potatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- Mixed Herbs (to taste, part of the 4 tsp used total)
- Chilli Flakes (to taste)
- Paprika (to taste)
- Olive Oil or Cooking Spray (optional)
Creamy Cheese Sauce
- 4 oz Milk
- 3.5 oz Cream Cheese
- 1.5 oz Parmesan Cheese
- 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken breast, minced garlic cloves, onion powder, half of the mixed herbs (2 tsp), 1 tsp chilli flakes, paprika, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp olive oil. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
- Cook Crispy Potatoes: Toss the chopped potatoes with 1 tsp salt, garlic powder, remaining mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika, and optionally a drizzle of olive oil or cooking spray. Air fry the potatoes at 400°F for 18-20 minutes until crispy; alternatively, bake in the oven at 400°F for 20-23 minutes.
- Cook Chicken Mixture: Heat a pan on high heat and add the marinated chicken mixture. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently until chicken is browned and nearly cooked through.
- Make Creamy Sauce: Pour in 4 oz milk, add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and remaining mixed herbs. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce coating the chicken.
- Combine and Finish: Add the cooked crispy potatoes to the chicken and sauce mixture. Sprinkle 2 oz mozzarella cheese on top and allow it to melt before serving. Serve hot for a delicious creamy garlic cheesy chicken and potatoes meal.

- You can bake the potatoes instead of air frying if you prefer.
