  2. Heat the Pan: Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Heat until the oil shimmers, indicating it’s hot and ready for cooking.
  3. Assemble the Quesadilla: Place one large flour tortilla into the pan. Spread a quarter of the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over half of the tortilla, then fold the other half over to cover the filling.
  4. Cook the First Side: Allow the quesadilla to cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until the bottom side turns golden brown. This ensures a crispy base and starts melting the cheese inside.
  5. Flip and Cook the Other Side: Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes on the other side, ensuring the cheese is fully melted and the tortilla is crisp and golden brown.
  6. Repeat for Remaining Quesadillas: Remove the cooked quesadilla from the pan, slice into wedges, and keep warm. Add remaining olive oil if needed, and repeat the assembly and cooking process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
