- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (additional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Butter or grease a 9×13 inch baking pan thoroughly to prevent the bars from sticking.
- Melt the Base Mixture: In a large saucepan, add 5 cups of mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup. Melt this mixture over low heat, stirring gently with a rubber spatula to ensure a smooth blend without burning.
- Combine with Cereal: Once melted and smooth, remove the pan from the heat and place it on a heatproof surface. Immediately stir in the 7 cups of Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows. The mixture will be very sticky at this stage.
- Press into Pan: Spoon the sticky batter into the prepared baking pan. Use the back of a lightly greased spatula to flatten and spread it evenly across the pan.
- Set and Serve: Allow the bars to harden at room temperature for 60 minutes. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy your delicious Golden Grahams S’mores Bars.

- Lightly greasing the spatula helps to spread the sticky mixture more easily.
- For firmer bars, you can place the pan in the refrigerator after pressing the mixture.
