  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo sauce

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350° F to prepare for baking the sliders.
  2. Prepare Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with garlic powder and set aside to brush on the rolls later.
  3. Mix Chicken Filling: In another bowl, thoroughly mix shredded rotisserie chicken, ranch dressing, half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and buffalo sauce until well combined.
  4. Prepare the Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves evenly in a sprayed 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Assemble Sliders: Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls, then sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
  6. Add Top Buns and Brush Butter: Place the top halves of the rolls onto the cheese layer and generously brush them with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake Covered: Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes to heat through and meld flavors.
