Assembly

  • 10 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prepare for baking the taquitos.
  2. Make the Filling: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until creamy and well blended.
  3. Assemble Taquitos: Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the filling onto each tortilla. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on the baking sheet to keep them intact during baking.
